The service

Sagolik produces an automated Property Intelligence Report for one property listing per purchase. The fee is $9.99 USD, charged once, before generation begins.

What you receive

• A structured, source-backed report available online and as a print-quality PDF.
• Persistent access to that report through your account and a secure emailed link.
• The sources, formulas, inputs and assumptions behind every figure.

Technical failure and retries

If generation fails for a technical reason, your report credit is preserved. You can retry without paying again, from the processing screen or your account. Duplicate purchases caused by a page refresh are prevented: a confirmed payment maps to exactly one analysis request.

Accuracy

Reports depend on the listing you submit and on third-party and public sources. Where a source is unavailable, the report says so rather than substituting a value. Sagolik does not warrant that any source is current, complete or correct, and every material conclusion should be confirmed with a licensed professional.

Acceptable use

• Submit listings you have a legitimate interest in evaluating.
• Do not use reports to support concealment, sham residence, fabricated tenancy, false ownership or tax evasion.
• Do not resell or republish reports as your own professional advice.

Listing data

Sagolik retrieves listing information only through licensed providers, authorised integrations, public metadata, official public records and information you supply. It does not bypass authentication walls, CAPTCHAs, anti-bot protections or access restrictions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sagolik's liability for any claim arising from a report is limited to the fee paid for that report. Sagolik is not liable for transaction decisions taken on the basis of a report.
